OPEN HOUSES......Everyone is asking..will the end of the tax credit for first time buyer tank the market.
Well, did an open house yesterday in Framingham on a first time buyer home..(under 300,000)..IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Busy. and it looks like we are getting at least one offer today.
So the credit may be over, but its still spring market. On the fence.....do a Humpty Dumpty...get off the fence..It will be a long time before we see rates and prices like this....

State of emergency....Quincy, Arlington, Belmont, Boston, Brookline, Canton, Chelsea, Everett, Lexington, Lynnfield Water District, Malden, Marblehead, Medford, Melrose, Milton, Nahant, Newton, Norwood, Reading, Revere, Saugus, Somerville, Stoneham, Stoughton, Swampscott, Wakefield, Waltham, Watertown, Winchester, Winthrop.Governor Deval Patrick has declared a state of emergency to facilitate the state response to an MWRA Water Main Break. Most have been price reduced.....all ready to go...Don't think the tax credit being over has changed the market...took offer yesterday, its still spring market
